wait 4 years from the month you fell in love!. that sort of in-love love only lasts 4 years, an additional 3 from the birth of a child!. so says Time magazin in the 90's!. that's because in africa when humans were evolving, it takes 4 years to make a child semi-independant when the kid could be raised by a village -- hence "it takes a village to raise a child"!. after that, any married couple that still "love" each other are not "in love" they are more friends wiht benefits, just married with children!. they just deny it because they like to believe!.

love is just a feeling and it is totally meaningless, just like anger or amusement is just a feeling!.
as i learned from being in-love with an abuser from 16years old to 20, love doesn't make things right!. good for you for knowing love is not enough!.
4 years from now, you won't even know what you saw in the guy!. hopefully you will fall in love again, this time with someone who loves you back and deserves your love!.

I have the same problem!. I am attached, and yet love another guy!. I feel for you!. I try to run on the treadmill!.!.!. and listen to sad music while I cry!. I cry in the shower!. I look at his pictures and cry!.

Maybe avoid him if you can!.

I strongly advise not to stress urself with not sleeping, but find ways to forget
