What physical, mental, or other such changes will human beings undergo in the process of evolution!? Will some traits, such as blue eyes or "hitchhiker's thumb" be nonexistant!? Will people develop different techniques in using their brains that exceed current human abilities!?
What are your thoughts on this subject!?Www@QuestionHome@Com Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I just read an article that explored the idea that the huge numbers of cases of autism is the next step for humanity!. The very idea seems offensive!. I have friends and family with autistic children!. The struggle is huge!. The author talked about the explosion in numbers and about how it is continuing to sky rocket!. It isn't a future I'd like to see but it has been put out there!. It is a bleak prediction but I thought I'd throw it into the utopian ideas of us learning to communicate telepathically, or becoming pure thought!.Www@QuestionHome@Com extinction!. our brains will never increase in society as a whole, brains do not decide whether we live or die!. though if smarter people tend to breed together then we could very well separate into two clearly divided "species"!. and likely one would exploit the other!. in most cases we won't evolve really!. we can't evolve the way it's supposed to happen, because we invent things to help us survive rather than evolving them!. furthermore we will grow to have so many "imperfections" like allergies, and blindness and color blindness and obesity, and everything you could imagine, because we don't die from anything, so our genes just get passed on, more and more people will have allergies and more and more people will need glasses, and we will become more and more dependent on technology!. I would say we are destined to become cyborgs, but i think we'll figure out how to manipulate the human genome before that happens!. and then i don't know exactly what will happen, but it sounds either really dangerous or maybe the best thing that ever happened to us!. it's hard to tell, but it will happen because it will be profitable!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Well who knows!? Though i think from all the theories about the future is that we will have some sort gadgets in our bodies (not metallic ones of course) that will keep us unharmed from all the day to day pollution and sun rays and such, as we will adapt to our new environment!.Www@QuestionHome@Com The Human lifespan is going to grow significantly!. The distinction between computers and human organs will diminish!. People will be able to obtain control over the autonomic processes when they want to!.Www@QuestionHome@Com The recognition that we are all unique places of the same reality becomes the dominant zeitgeist!. More face recognition and ability to get along with others and work together in a complex social environment!.
