Do we own our lives!? Or do our lives own us and decide what and when things happen and when to end!? Do you work hard to take control of your life!? Or do you sit around whining about your life and let life own you without making any effort to improve it!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

That is a good question mister= we have control over nothing except maybe how we live= were all camped out on this planet, it's just that some are able to camp out better than others== i work hard at trying to be presentable to others!. Yet not socially acceptible but i have no trouble getting into upper crust partys at times!.I take control in my life by trying not to hurt other in words or actions= and then at times i bad mouth some who really need bad mouthing, and i have little control on that topic= As far as sitting around whining about my life, im to close to the edge to be sitten around trying to whine the loudest= So i trick myself and surrond myself with a lot of projects that came from my ideas!. Right now im sitting around making believe im a winner, because one of my projects (a real good one) has had control of my life for 30 years and your question has made me wonder if i wasn't finishing because i will be lost in all the other projects!. So anyway my answer would have to be yes, and no!. Can ya hear it in a whining sort'a tone!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think that question has to be reevaluated at different points in life!. I'm not a pessimist by any means!.!.!.!.but I do think that sometimes my life controls me (that whole idea of 'destiny')!.

I'm in the process of working hard to control my life right now!.!.!.!.I'm a freshman in college!. And I suppose once I make it to law school, I'll feel as if I've really taken control!. But right now, I see friends back at home relaxing, having the time of their lives!.!.!.and I can't help but feel as if life has played a cruel joke on me lol!.

But I'm trying my best to improve it!. Hey, thanks for giving an opportunity to be a little introspective!. This was a refreshing question!.

I think it depends on the person!. For some it comes naturally to live life the way they want, but for others they are very hesitant in the things they do!.
I think the people who are whining about their life are just begging for attention!. They should just suck it up and make their life better instead of complaining how it's so hard and that it sucks!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

We all have free will: the ability to make decisions!. Therefore, we are in control of what happens to us!. But then there are the decisions of others that affect us!. Likewise our decisions affect the lives of those in contact with us!. It's pretty complex if you think about it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
