yeah physical fitness does contribute alot to mental fitness example is stress good exercise keeps you fit so stress cannot disturb you mentally!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Two parts are there in your question!. The first one: Is there anything better !.!.!.!.!.!.than Physical Exercise!? Well, did you mention the 'particular' Physical Exercise that are very often uttered by the 'Health Experts'!? In that case, I dare to admit that I don't do any physical exercise, I'm requested---even ordered by my Doc!. But I do work a lot that moves my body! In my country, there are thousands farmers or daily-basis laborers, who don't know about Physical Exercise! They only know that they've to WORK & WORK hard for a better harvest & ultimately for better earning! I think, there are better things (read: better ways) than Physical Exercise for the majority of the people of the world!. Interesting thing is this, these greater part of the human beings do not know what's "obesity" is! They only find obesity among the Owners of Mills & Factories, The Land Lords, The Investors etc & also get amused to see 'physical exercise' among them! :-)
In your second part, I must agree scientifically, that physical fitness contributes Mental Fitness ( when fitness means peace of mind)!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
