Definitely!. A person can create dreams in their mind and long for them to be real so badly that they are missed memories, even though they never happened!. The problem with that is that if a person gets caught up in it, they can spend their whole lives longing for what may never be!. I am trying more often myself to live in the now!.!.!.and purposefully do things to create good memories, even if they're not as amazing as what I might long for!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Now you opened a can of worms! It has to do with time, and eternity!. Time runs consecutive: second follows second, minute after minute!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. and eons upon eons!. Eternity is now!.
Everything that is, was!. Everything that was, will be!. And everything will be, is!. Because time is a human concept and in reality is unreal (!?!?) Therefore all memory is fantasy and all fantasy is memory!. (think of stories like "Lord of the rings!." fantasy!? memory!?) i dont know if this is what your gatting at but i'll share anyway!.
I have always had this vivid memory of standing as a little girl at my great garndmas funeral!. It was such a strong memory!. One day i asked my mum and she said i never went to the funeral i was only a baby!. It's like my mind created this memory because i never knew her and missed out on knowing her so it's like my mind made this up so that i somehow felt i was closer to her!.

the only example i can think of is!.!.let's say!.!.!.
somebody you know tells you that somebody died!.!.(you don't know the person who passed away)
but even though you have never met this particular person!.!.don't you kind of get that feeling of "missing" them!.!.!.!?!?
