Encouraging dedication, loyalty and hard work on the part of employees can come better from promoting a more positive work environment!. Not necessarily making them happy by giving in to their every desire or demand, but being concerned that they are "happy" in their work will only strengthen the entire unit, or workplace as a whole!.
This works better than intimidation through fear of getting fired!.

A better boss does his work and tries to be a fair boss who helps others to do a good job!. If the boss makes friends and pets and then the boss is lazy he/she will be a bad boss and treat people un fairly and it will come back to themWww@QuestionHome@Com
