If I'm working on a software project and my project leader named Kenny Poo seems to be doing everything possible to obstruct me, won't I eventually let the project crash !?
It's almost meaningless to ask whether I let it crash intentionally!. Of course I wished it were otherwise!.
A more sensible option for me would be to study Michael Litvak's book "Psychological Aikido" and try to get Kenny Poo on side and contributing!.
Most people do this!.
In ancient times too, people would have preferred not to fight!. Except for Vikings and Samurai etc!.
In a civilized society a person like Kenny Poo is unlikely to be stabbed in the back by anyone, it's unlikely anyone will spread rumours about him that he's sub-standard, so it's inevitable his projects will crash if he continues to be obstructive!.
When computerization projects crash, is this strong evidence of a Kenny Poo on board !?Www@QuestionHome@Com
