yeah, it's a biased concept trying to explain the attitude of certain nations towards their history!.!.!. and it has an opposite, the catabasic attitude!.!.!.!.
in short, the catabasic attitude is the tendency of some nations to conquer, to go forward than their horizons!.!.!. it's the aggressive attitude towards history, while the catabasic attitude is to go backward, to close themselves to the world, the attitude of defending their territories against the catabasic invaders!.
