Question: What came first the chicken or the egg!? And why!!?

At first i though it was the egg, bcz chickens must come out of ann egg!. And ppl are like well then if it came out the egg, it had parents and im like yea and there parents came out of an egg!. Until my mom told me then the egg would need an incubator and God dosent just send down eggs and incubators! LMAO! So im confused!. HELP!!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Depends what you mean by 'egg'!.
If you're talking about eggs in general then the egg came hundreds of millions of years before the chicken!.
If you're talking about an egg from which a chicken hatched then the egg came first, with the first chicken egg being laid by a Red Junglefowl which is the bird from which chickens were bred by farmers!. Note that it makes no difference if you believe in creationism, the chicken was a creation of humans just like domestic dogs and seedless watermelons!. Neither God nor natural selection produced the chicken!.

the chicken because single celled organisms came way before eggs!. therefore the chicken adapted to laying eggs due to circumstances of survival!. as time passed on eggs as a result of evolution became the norm!.
