In peripheral organizations there would have been key people -people, without whose skills, projects won't go anywhere!. Let us give these people labels - KupF, MichaelR, SubrataM, PatrickO'S, AntonyPahl, PeterV!. The project need to have the phoenix-like capability of regenerating the capability that KupF etc are providing, even when KupF etc leave!.
