I don't fight any more!. When I realized I couldn't work through a long and severe depression on my own even with my professional mental health background, I was helped by therapy and medication!. Now I don't care about the demons any more! Seriously, I can laugh again!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I do not have demons!. Nor does anyone else!. What we have is learnt limitations - learnt inappropriate behaviour!. These we do not need to fight just change!. How!? well, learn new ways that do help!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Honestly, I've had a tendency to hang out and party with them!.
