Question: Why are people like this!?!?
What do gossipers get out of gossiping!? I am subject of gossip right now and all it gives me is heartache and broken relationships!. I can't trust anybody anymore!. I did not do anything wrong but nobody will believe me!. My mom used to trust me but now she would rather believe the one who spreads the gossip instead of me!. I don't know what to do anymore!. I don't really mind the gossip because I know I'm not doing anything wrong, bad, or shameful!. What I mind the most is why my mom believes them instead of me!. I'm hurt that she would think the worst of me all because of what other people think, all because of image!.!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I've been through what you describe myself and I know how painful it is not to have your mom by your side when you need her most!. Sometimes others get the wrong image of us and somehow we get the feeling there's nothing we can do to change it!. However, not matter how much you'll have to prove they're wrong, don't give up!.!.!. just be true to yourself and stick with your values and principles!. never forget your goals and your wishes in life!. I've done that and it took me years to prove them how much they misjudged me, but it was worthy!. Now I know who I am and I have a better life than probably most of them!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
That's a tough one!.!.!. You've probably already tried talking to your mom, but that's probably all you can do for now!. Is there any way you can show her that the gossip is not true!? You could also talk to the person/people who are spreading the gossip and ask why they are doing it and you want them to stop!.

i don't think that your mom would just believe some random gossip about her own daughter unless she has reason to believe so due to past actions and behaviors!. But sometimes gossip is just gossip after allWww@QuestionHome@Com
