First, I evaluate what I personally 'hear' an individual say, not by what others say!. I judge then by what I interpreted the individual to say!. Now I add those ingredients with seeing, feeling, and thinking!. In other words, I assess what factual information I have!.
How close am I!? Judging by your questions, poetry, and avatar, you are an upstanding, intelligent, inspiring, clever, psychology major, using us for college study, writing books, or medical research!. Other possibilities, an interested journalist!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

A study has proven that the female mind, when making decisions, always uses emotion as a factor!. That's why women are considered more emotional beings, they can't exclude emotion from their decision-making!. (from a males' point of view)Www@QuestionHome@Com

if in danger of e!.g fire all sensors would be involved, hear, see, smell and of course your feeling of danger!.

in my experience go with what your sensors are

I try very assiduously -not- to judge!. Period!.
But I have been known to make the occasional 'pithy comment'!. (Usually when I'm in a pithy mood?)

i agree with lost and unfound, about what you perceive there is isn't something simple like "judge", because its fictional and you have to be a open mind person!.

Much as I try not to judge, my subconscious uses all of my senses, including instinct, to form an initial judgment!.
