find a way to redirect your anger at something constructive!. I used my excessive anger and hatred toward school work!. Others use video games, art, music, etc!. The most important thing is to identity why you have those feelings and see if you can fix it!. If it is to the point where you want to commit violence, you should seek help, if not a therapist, perhaps someone you can trust and confide it!? Hate is very dangerous and starts to tear you apart, leaving you completely wiped, hopeless, confused, depressed, isolated, and so much more, so please do yourself a favor and try to do something about it!. And do not turn to drugs or something else that will harm you, it doesnt help in the end, but actually increases the hatred, etc!. Its replacing one problem for another!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

~~ Violent video games used to work well for me!. I especially loved Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (for PlayStation 2) & Fight Night or something like that!. (boxing) And there were a few others that were really awful,that I could get my aggressions out on!. I try not to hate people,but what can I say!.!.!.!.I'm human & my Brother-In-Law is a total jerk & I hate him for being alive & his brother (my husband) dead!. I used to murder him in all sorts of imaginative ways in my mind!. The biggest problem I had with that was getting rid of his body!. UNfortunately,I always felt guilty afterwards & it really wasn't getting me anywhere!.

Then I discovered the violent video games! Talk about stress relief,and nobody really got hurt!.

Somebody stole my PlayStation & all the games a year ago!. Wadda drag!. ~~Www@QuestionHome@Com

Most 'hates' are an expression of self-hate, as we only hate in others, what we haven't accepted in ourselves yet!. What we see and acknowledge in ourselves, we know that there is a possibility of its existence in another soul as well, we become humble rather than righteous, as we know that their behaviour is only a dysfunction, an illness that can be healed and so you begin to pray for their healing, and in turn heal yourself!.

The moment we take responsibility of our experiences, we let go off the need to blame others for our pain and thus begin to use we free others of the blame and in turn, empower ourselves, and also begin to heal!.

Hates are life's ways of reminding us to see ourselves more clearly, as what stay within us, always crosses our path repeatedly till we clear it from our system!. You would notice, what you hate, often finds its way to your radar, and what you are neutral towards, seldom crosses your path!. As the truth is that we are magnets, who attract people and experiences into our life!. Change the magnet, change your life!

What you make peace with within, moves away, as what you accept you go beyond!.

Hate is a wonderful way of finding out the extremes of the darkness in you, just as what you love represents the extremes of your light!. When you accept them both equally, you become complete!Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think that you need to remember to be human and act human and be responsible with that!. I for one when I am angery have to leave the situation and come back when I am calm!. also its not good to give credit to hatred doing so makes it worse!. Thats honesty and empathy!. I remember when i was very young i used to lash out, I did not know how to control my temper, to tell you the truth I did not even know why I was angry, but i feel i had to experience that state of feeling to understand "that is who I am not"
we often take aim at parents, friend, acquaintances,for our own troubles inside,

I often find if you can see your own behaviour, just like you was looking in a mirror,
helps you identify what you don't like about yourself and then you will change !.

I don't think I have ever been that angry!.!.!.but wait before you say why did you answer!. I can relate, because it has happened in front of me, that is why I have never been that angry!. I cry from the pain of the memory!. I hope you never do it or witness it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

well i put some really loud music on dance till i collapse or if i have saved enough glass for recycling i go down there and smash them to pieces in the bin legal and satisfying plus both the above wont get me jailed for life :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Hate has it's own agenda!. You ignore or obey it according to your temperment!. I try and downplay my hate (usually just anger in my case,) because I don't like what happens to me when I express it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
