But you discovered that that person was being controlled by someone or something, would you fight that person or help free them from their chains so to speak!?

I would do whatever I could to find the rat (insert expletive here) controlling the killer and take them to justice!.

The person who committed the act, assuming he/she wasn't in control of his/her actions, couldn't necessarily be held accountable as long as that overpowering control was actually there!. If the mind of the person wasn't their own in this hypothetical situation, and only their flesh performed the murders, then they did not really commit the crimes themselves!. The person who took control was the one behind the whole thing!.

It wouldn't be easy to hold the wielder of the knife/gun/sword/spork responsible if they literally had no control of their actions!.

As much as I would want to, because my friends are the most precious thing in the world to me, I could not kill or fight the person who killed them if they were not truly behind it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
