sometimes its more obvious than at others, because we can only see a certain rang of it!. just like we can hear only a specific range of sound vibrations!. as such, what makes it more obvious than at other times is a matter of probability that sometimes it will do so for you, and sometimes for other people!. bear in mind that physical, mental emotional and spiritual resources cannot always come together such that you will notice perfect synchronisity!.
