The only barrier in this is religion!. If you are religious your reason for existing in the hands of god/gods/goddesses!. Find your purpose in life!. but i don't think that is a point

i know kids give you ar reason for living

If you're human, the point of life is to learn!. Sounds stupid, but there you go!. Each generation is appointed with adding to the knowledge of the generation before!.

For other species, the point of life is to ensure the survival of the species!. Adapt, procreate, and protect the offspring!.
