As per Hindu Philosophy there is a new life after death!. The living body has been made of five parts, Air,Water,Fire, Dust!. and the Soul!. When a person die!.!.!. the Air desolves in Atmosphere, the Hindus put the dead on fire hence the fire desolve in fire and becomes dust which mixed in dust and some particals which remains after burn are submitted to holy water to be desolved with it!.

Remains soul which either takes a new body or!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. desolves with the almighty sole!.which is called as "MOKSH"

I find it impossible to accept that "I" am equal to and none other than this physical body of mine which becomes unserviceable to me on death!.!.!.!.!.!. this implies that I must be living on even after the death of my body, although what kind of living that may be is quite hazy!.!.!. it could be merely the mind working without the body to carry out any action physically!.!.!.!. without the body there would also be no inputs received from the physical world!. Death is just the embodiment of non-existency in this world!.
Then why would we call it "life after death" when there is no life in death!.
You died already!. So you are not "ALIVE"!.
