Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: reminds me of eckhart tolles book "a new earth - awakening to your life's purpose" and the story of the ring, in which "this too shall pass" was engraved!. it is a truth!. all that appears will disappear one day!. all that has form is bound to vanish again!. all the "good", all the "bad" will dissappear one day!. all is on the move, transient, changing!. to find the unchanging within all the change is the core of existence!. because in order to watch change and flux, there must be something unchanging!.!.!. what is that!? where is that!? it is there!. it is here!. it is!.Www@QuestionHome@Com I give importance to three words in my Life LOVE, PATIENCE & HOPE and I also believe that sharing love and showing patience one keeps the ray of hope alive, for others as well as for self!.!.!.!.!. if ever I say to anyone (or even sometimes to myself also) that !.!.!.don't worry "this too will pass"!.!.!.!.to me it means to say that I love you and I am with you, lets be patient and wait for the good times to come!.!.!.many a times these words help to appreciate what is still there and not lost thus avoiding sense of repentense or feeling of morose which follows, for things which were never in control to begin with but came by easy after a lapse of reasonable time are possible only through LOVE, PATIENCE & HOPE!.Www@QuestionHome@Com That whatever you go through either good or bad will pass!.If it is bad it will go away,if you are wounded time will heal you your wound,if it is related to good times they can last yet in certain circumstances they do not!.It has a special meaning that gives hope in the sense that it empowers people to think that tomorrow will be a better day no matter what you are going through today,what problems you encounter or what life throws your way!.I use it when life throws ostacles my ways because I know that hard,challenging times will pass,arguments will disappear,love from those who love me will last !.In life this saying as well as other quotes that are inspirational empower me to do my best by letting me know that a bad grade is okay,I can do better,it is not the end of the world if you do not do your best once,if you struggle yet hardships will pass and rewards will follow!.I like to think of it as something very encouraging that keeps me on track,that keeps me in sync and that tells me that it is okay if today is not that well since tomorrow I have a new shot!.Www@QuestionHome@Com "This too will pass" means everything will come to a close, whether be it good or bad!.
