I don't think it was 'Bob Marley' or 'Jimmy Hendrix', good evaluations never the less!.

I think it is based on the sayings of Jesus, 'Love one Another as I have loved you'!. Or! -'Love thy neighbours'

Seriously it could be that Jesus was talking of' Kingdom of God' heart condition for all nations!. Maybe Neighbours was
the implication of nations of being in peace with one another
world wide!.

I don't know!. just a thought that occurred to me!.
