I disagree with the first answer!. Eternal happiness it impossible, however, it is improbable!.

Really to achieve eternal happiness you to rid of everything that could possibly imply sadness, and find peace within the thing you can't control!.

Doing this is the hard part, most people go hey meditate!. But to actually achieve eternal happiness would take a life time and more!.

In my opinion I know I'm a realistic, a near nihilist, and a sure fatalist!. With that I don't try to achieve eternal happiness with meditation, I take the up's and down's of life as nature and respect it!. That's really all you can do!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
