Even if it's new to your individual self, someone (or something) in the millennia since the origins of consciousness has had the same thought process!. We are all connected, past-present-future, through higher consciousness (beyond the individual)!. "Channeling" is an example of this - it may not be directly from the "channeler's" consciousness, but it is from A consciousness, which the "channeler" is connected to!.
