That's like saying the chip is better than the collective brains that designed, produced, manufactured, assembled, tested, etc, that chip!.

even if it can explain how some stuff happens, every single one is different, even if they work on some off the same principals there will be so many anomalies in EACH human brain that I doubt we will ever know it all!.

It will be cool once they get better at interfacing things into the brain though!.!.!. being a cyborg is one of my biggest aspirations!!! hahaha

The real answer is no!. In fact at this time there is not even a theory of how brains work!.
There are plenty of observations about brains, but without any theory to tie it together it is impossible to say there is any explanation!.
