No!. Beauty is persistent and everywhere-present!. It is only our perception of it that wavers!. It is true that chaos is often associated with beauty!. It is erroneously attributed as the cause of beauty, but only because chaos has the capacity to overwhelm and stop the mind giving the heart a chance to perceive the beauty that was never missing to begin with!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
