Hypothetically: it is against all medical ethics to do this thereby results in what we say CRIME!.
The only one reason I shall site is: Did you take the willing permission of the donor before you transplant it on to a receiver!?By willing permission what I mean is that without coersing by force!.
Human brain is good but when the human behind the brain starts taking law into their hands in the name of upgrading medical technology or trying to find an outstanding break through in the field of science by using FORCE, which is right now happening with me and my kids and my relatives!.!., then it is called CRIMINALS involved in CRIME!.
Is there any international law against such crimes from taking place in the near future!?
I am not interested in crying FOWL or using such pleas as 'justice delayed is justice denied!.' which I did to the Indian media, but they decided to play Politics!.
The human psyche is so cunning/clever that it can choose to play which ever colour it wants to paint, whether it be politics or medics or human rights violation or even plead not guilty as and when the situation demand them to!.
So I shall skip this part of the Crime for the One who sees all to take charge of, but yes, to the international community I am requesting: Is there any agency or organistion to look into such crimes which will wipe out the entire civilisation in no time and proceed to build upon themselves a civilisation with a new name, which according to me would be something like this: The new age/ techno savy civilisation!.
The way it proceeds to build civilsation is based on barbaric, inhuman, unethical culture, and they shall continue in this madness, because such madness cannot be quenchable by anything, infact NOTHING, except that THEY be tried by the Laws of the land where still sanity exists!.
