Question: Can you define love!?

I tell people I love them all the time, but no one believes me!. They say it's not that easy to love someone!. Do we define love differently!? Or could it just be harder for other people!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yes I believe we all define love differently!. I also believe we all think we know what love is and the other is ignorant to it!. I also think there are many different levels of love!. Such as the love you hold for your friends could be different from the love you hold for your favorite pet!. As it stands though I don't believe any one can really define love for another person to understand it because we all see it differently!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I want you to understand that when you say "can you define love!?" you might as well be saying "can you define everything in the universe!." Love is not a simple concept!. I usually list about 20 "kinds" of love here and say "that is about 1 %" but I do this three or four times a week and it is getting a little old!. Love can be erotic love, romantic love, fraternal love (even between a husband and wife,) storgic love (this means growing inseperable over time,) ludic love (meaning playfulness but not deep attachement,) manic love, lack or boundries, etc!.!. etc!.!.!. (believe me my list is getting shorter and shorter!.)

Love is about the most complicated word in the english language!.

Show them you love them by giving away all your money and possessions!.

Then see where the love is, to survive!.

Then you will find out where love is, and where it is not!.

I feel like I fall in love a lot too!. I think it's because when I meet people I search for something to admire!. They may have this one thing about them that just makes them glow, or they may have hundreds of things!. Some hobby, or some interest that makes them alive to me, it communicates with me!. love has allot of meaning!.!.!.i don't know what they are, but its like the word hate, its a word with allot of meaning its a word for an emotion that is strong!. love is complicated it has many different sides to it!. so people don't alway believe someone truly loves them or hates them unless they have a strong bond or association with one another!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
