Not easy probably!. One thing to do is first discover yourself, what do you seem to like and what not!. What is easy for you and what not!. What do you think is good, with reference to you own situation, and with reference to a more global situation, and what do you think is bad!. Finding what you are can be a challenge, and you would need challenges to find out!.
Once you have to a certain degree discoverd what you are and what you want out of life, my rule is not to let me be strayed, especially not by publicity, in the general sence of the word, including therefore also news reports!. Including also opinions of friends or family, having in mind that usually these opinions are meant to help, but not always do!.
What people in general don't do enough, is what I call "listen to ones own body"!. That includes food habits, and not easy to get rid of the ones that you have gotten from education and, again, publicity and friends!. What I found however is that if you try to find out what your body really is longing for, it is usually different from what is easily offered!.
What is true for food habits, is also true for your body's need for relaxation, or on the contrary need for exercice!. What is true for the physical body, is also true for the mind!.
Being true to myself is, at this point in my life, also not accepting job offers that are completely opposed to the majority of my principles!. I find that what you do as a job, tends to influence your way of thinking, your reflexes, and ultimately, who you are!. So don't let your job make you, but choose the job you want to do in view of what you want to do in life, of what you want to become as a person and an individual!. Not easy, I agree, especially if you have some financial needs!. Then again, maybe it is possible to bend your financial needs a bit towards your spiritual freedom !?
Lastly, being true to oneself also involves what kind of relationships you make and don't make, but this is much too biological, amongst other things, for me to address here!.

Not very!. I have a tendency to put other peoples needs and feelings before my own!. Not always mind! But it does tend to end up with a slightly distorted image of who I actually am!. Though - hold on, that is who I am!.!.!. Can you not be true to yourself!?!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
