IS is to do with the famous quote in philosophy "the is and the ought"!. I think it might be from Kant!. His writing is a bit confusing but he says that you have to make your mind up about something by saying "is" or "ought"!. This probably sounds confusing, so it probably "is", but it "ought" not to be!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

1) Exists: has a real instance!.
