We live in a multidimensional reality made up of the 3D world of each parent/caregiver and our own (the defensive one we develop based on our interaction with them (others) in early development!.)

Reality holographically mirrors the contents of consciousness!.

So, for example, when we are capable of Observing these realities objectively (rather than reacting to them), we are doing that from a dimension outside of those three (9 total dimensions) so we would be in the 10th!. Stabilizing this "Witness/Seer" state of consciousness makes it possible to shift between realities so it would appear that perhaps the quantum physicists are correct - that there are a total of 11!. Eleven being the quantum non-material field we - and all physical matter are embedded in!.

Changes in reality occur because humans are capable of psychologically emptying of the conditioned ego identity (indoctrinated beliefs that control perception, feelings, thoughts and reactions) and making new choices and entering new realities!.

It only appears to be a parallel universe when reality shifts occur spontaneously and suddenly in the absence of time - which is only perceptual!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It is quite likely from the perspective of chance and choice, but quite how these relate to space-time on a dimensional level is an unanswered question at this time!.

Parallel universes don;t have to exist to be a very useful concept, especially in physics and philosophy!.
Many arguments begin with: "There are possible worlds where X"
These may not actually exist, and they are probably unreachable even if they do!. Nevertheless it doesn't hurt to believe that they do!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

This can be answered a few ways!. Word on the street is that mathematics can demonstrate that they are a possibility!.

Possibly!. There are possibly an infinite number (known as the multiverse) - but science hasn't yet found a way to prove the case one way or the other!.
