Absolutely true!. If you really want to achieve something, you do have the power to find ways to achieve it!. I have witnessed it many times!. The only things that can keep us from achieving our goals are our own minds and actions!. And the best part of it is that you do not need to set the highest goal to prove it, there are lots of small victories for you in your everyday actions that can prove that there are no obstacles IF what you are wanting to achieve is positive and WHEN you realize that impatience is one of the largest obstacles you face!.

I think this statement means that if you are strong-willed enough, you will find a way to do what is required of you!. Sometimes people give up too easily and say "i cant do it",,, but if you have strong will power, and try hard enough, you may just find the way through!. i don't think so, i would say what's more accurate is:

if there is a way will and only will, will find it!. (say that five times fast)
