I am not afraid to die, but of the "process" of dying!. I am afraid of long-term pain and slow descent!. I would much rather die quickly then of cancer!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Apparently, I was unable to pull the trigger and the gun was right there in my hand, in my hand and then in my mouth but I hesitated, I wonder!.!.!.was the safety on, it was not my gun you see I grabbed from the gate guards waist I do not think this is what he was expecting, it got me slammed to ground and civilian gate guard got fired not to mention I was kicked out of the navy, and this now is my latest greatest regret!. Plus I never got to tell that guard that I was sorry I did not think that he might lose his job!.
If only I had held out three days longer I would have been able to see some one about my problems, at the time I made the appointment I was not lying when I said "No I don't feel suicidal and I do not intend to harm myself or others" but I guess it goes to show the difference a week can make when you are feeling that desperate, was it a week or!.!.!.oh well doesn't matter really!.
I miss my friends and my old job, but perhaps it is as the saying goes!.

I highly doubt this question SHOULD be affected by religion!. Eternal salvation or not, death is dealt with on Earth!.

I do not know if I am scared of HOW I am going to die, because obviously, I don't know how I am going to die, however, dying itself isn't the thing that scares me- it's just not living my life to its fullest and having my regrets while death takes meWww@QuestionHome@Com

I'll only be scared to die if I am not satisfied with what I lived for!. I'd love to die for something great!. I believe in God!. I'll cherish this life that God has gave me!. Live it and enjoy it!. We all want to do something wonderful!. So why not!? Dying sucks so why not enjoy what we have!? It'll get better!. My grandfather was satisfied with what he lived for!. He died happy!. We kick and scream all the way to the grave, but having seen people die before my eyes, it has only shown me that the moment or two before death a blissful acceptance and a serene expression of awe overcomes the person!. After witnessing that, it is hard to be afraid!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yes, I look at death as being the dessert!. If I have it to soon I will feel empty from starvation!. If I have it to late I'll be to full from over indulgence either way I won't be able to welcome my dessert properly!. I believe I know what will happen!. First, I simply cut down on my calories, eat more fruit, and cut out sweets all together!. Not really!.!.!. I think that most people who understand that concept of death, live without much fright!.!.!. I mean, look at us!.
