I suppose in terms of volition to do or create something then thoughts can become spatial, though I suspect this is not what you are driving at!

I think this throws up more interesting questions than answers!. Would the ideas then be independent of the thinker!? Would they interact with each other or only with us/the environment!? What spatial form could abstract concepts such as love and hate take!? If these took the form of some kind of energy field (no idea what I'm talking about here, I'm a psychologist!) then I guess they would have some effect on people exposed to them!.

If ideas about things and people and scenarios took an apparently tangible form I think it would be absolute chaos!. I'm assuming the effects would be largely on the inhabitants of the universe rather than on the non-sentient structure of the universe that I know very little about!.

But!.!.!.thought apparently (via functional imaging evidence) requires energy to occur!. My dim understanding of physics leads me to believe that energy cannot disappear!. So maybe you can argue (in an abstract way) that ideas are spatial!.

all the chaos, sadness, glee, lust that we sense in the world today crowds us enough!. they run rampant
so saying that someone HAS CONTROL over her thoughts before she realeased them into the atmosphere, and allowing them to be spacial, and considering ebveryone else had that power as well, it would be like a war!.!.pretty quikly!.
now if she and the others had no control over thoughts emerging into the earths space and taking form, the earth would become very sick, and maybe die;only after, all the humans had either A!. killed each other, (or rather the spatial thouyghts killed each other as well as each others manifested thoughts)or B!. were reduced to sitting in corners, gaurding their thoughts closely as if they were on myspace or yahoo answers or something!.!.!.!.
