There's too much problems and too little chance and ability to fix even some of them!. We're continuing to go downhill!. It's not cynism but rather reality!. Just being kind to each other is the most important thing in my opinion!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Two things, both based in reason!. Deductive reasoning first: Love is good for all--premise!. Corollary : if love follows from freedom and life, love will make the world a better place!. Inductive reasoning second: how do we connect love with reason!? How can empirical evidence be accumulated to support the claim that love and reason are connected!? The short answer here is that this can be done, --- but somebody besides me (I have accumulated statistically weak evidence to support this claim) will be the one to do this--that's my answer to your question!. Her philosophy, called objectivism, is what the world needs to become a better place!. That sounds like such a hippie, tree-hugging response that's so out of touch with reality that it hurts!. Yes love is good, but it's only part of the answer!. What we need to do is just respect each other's right to pursue happiness!. That's it!. If everyone always did that, then we would have half the problems we do now!. It wouldn't be a perfect place to live, but it would be better!. The reason "love" is a poor answer is because things like "greed" and "jealousy" are spawned from an excess of love in the wrong direction!. You love fitting in, or you love attention, or you love power!. Everybody should be treated equally and everybody should work and live happy!. More good jobs!. smarter people!. People who are willing to fight the gas companies!. Cars that don't use gas and oil at all!. Get rid of Bush!. Immigration reform in the US!.
