Kant was wrong that consequences don't matter!. They evidently do and an act can be justified by the consequences and not just the act within itself!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I wouldn't assume from the outset that he was wrong, though he was undoubtedly wrong in certain respects, such as his belief that Euclid's geometry was the only geometry, Newton the final word in physics, and Aristotle in logic!. Interestingly though, his philosophy can be revised to take account of changes in these fields without losing anything essential!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Kant had preconceptions that noumena is necessarily unknown and unknowable!. How did he know about the unknowablity!? Wasnt that his obsession that there is a realm where categories of understanding can not and do not operate!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
