Both racists and especially non-racists will deny being racist to some extent!.

If you are talking about people who claim to be "not racist" without any provocation, there is more of an argument that they are covering something up, but still it is not a conclusive test!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I would say your egocentrically condemning another to a stratified degree of judgment based on what you believe to be racist!. Anyone who feels they must swear in order for approval of "NOT" being something does seem like a bit of guilt!.
