In a strictly physical sense, matter and energy will last indefinitely unless you believe there is an omniscient being, aka God, that has the ability to change time and space, etc!. There's no reason for "this world" to end physically, spiritually, there is no reason for "this world" to end!. So therefore, yes, "this world" is going to last much longer!.Www@QuestionHome@Com That's kinda like the question I just asked!.!.!.for everything found is something lost!? Well, accually the matter and energy will even eventually fade away too! In the true end the whole universe will be a dark energyless force with nothingness, even blackholes will lose all their energy!.!.!.so the universe will colasp and another big bang will happen!.!.!.There is hope, we can just escape to another universe so really how many universes is there!? Kind of weird to think that there may have been another planet one universe ago where Earth sits now!.!.!.and it is very possible someone was doing the exact same motions and events as you are right now down to the very blink of your eyes!.!.!.that's how long 'it' really lasts!.!.!.it's so possible that there have been a trillion trillion universes before ours!.!.!.only time will tell!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Perhaps a better question is: How long before things start to unravel!? If the Earth's history has shown us anything, it's that extremely volatile periods always follow periods of relative calm!. But I know it won't be around 4 ever!. I know one reason is the environment and the depletion of our sources!.
