Question: Isn't some worry necessary!?
Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
I suppose it is, but I'm not going to worry about it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

In my opinion, no!. There is no reason to worry about anything!. Protecting yourself, making sure everything is as it is supposed to be, making sure you are well prepared for situations that may come up in your life, are all necessary!.
But, what can you actually accomplish by worrying!? You will not stop your child from running into the road by worrying, BUT you can take actions to stop them from doing it!. You can't change anything that will happen on a road trip that may cause an unexpected delay or problems, BUT you can make sure the car is in good working order, the tires are good, you travel at a safe distance and a safe speed, etc!.
Do you get what I'm trying to say!? Worry accomplishes nothing!. Action and preparedness do!.
Being concerned about something causes us to take action to make sure the outcome is positive!. Worry causes ulcers and headaches and nerve problems!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Of course, without even a little worry, you wouldn't care!. And it's necessary to care about something- no matter how big, small, weird, normal, outrageous, or simple it might be!. A little worry is necessary to show you care about something/one!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Don't drive down the wrong side of the road!. Don't hold an open container of gasoline in one hand and a lit match in the other!. Concerns like that are justified, fretting over imaginary outcomes is not!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Absolutely!. That's why you should be careful about drinking!. It makes you not worry about anything and then you're liable to do dangerous things!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
