Maybe I would say that metaphysically, life is the goal of (upon) death!.!.!.!.!.if we have lost our(ego)self to the point of being freed from the labyrinth upon physical death, we may have LIFE, the only Real Life!.!.!.!.!.!.back to the source!.!.!.in Sufism!.!.!.!.!. Only a living entity can have goals or can originate them!. And it is only a living organism that has the capacity for self-generated, goal-directed action!.
