Hah! All you really need is good backups for the errors that will be made 'correcting' things!. If there's an agreement in place you might need a watchdog, especially if there's a legal staff to back it up!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It depends mostly on what the results would be if there was a catastrophic failure of the system!.
And also on how much insurance you're willing to carry ?
