You don't!. You can't because you can never know everything about any system as long as you are a part -of- that system!. (That's just one of the things about Special Relativity that bothers hell out of a lot of people ?)
If you claim that you -do- know something absolutely, then I would submit that it's not 'knowledge' but rather 'belief'!.
(Read up on Karl Popper and try to follow some of the more simplified discussions of Godels Incompleteness Theorem)
