Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: My brothers and I often share this moment!. My father came into our room one night and told us if we did not go to sleep he was gonna bust some heads!. And he also had a baseball bat in his hand!. We knew he was not gonna do it so we always laughed about that!.Www@QuestionHome@Com I was very young then, and was trying to draw a straight line using a ruler but my hand kept moving so I wasn't making a straight line at all!. My dad told me, "In whatever you do, try to do it right!. Try to do your best!." I remember the "try" then the right and the best have been following suit most of my life!. My dad has passed away but his lesson and memory remains!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Manners for one thing!. My mum could take me anywhere and I always behaved!. I wasn't the perfect child I'm sure but they had no worries about letting me loose in public!. From being a teenager my dad said 'there are always at least two sides to a story'!. He was referring to newspaper articles but said you could apply it to everything!. Learn to question what someone is trying to force you to believe and don't believe everything you're told was another!. Last but not least he said have confidence in your own opinion but respect other peoples'!.
