i guess i find refuge in playing music (as in playing piano and stuff) because when your playing, you can choose to do 2 things!.

You can Express your emotions and just let it out!.

or you can get into the music and basically free your self from the emotions and circumstances!.

In running!. Between the endorphins and the sheer meditative nature of rhythmically pumping your feet while having to pay attention to the world around you, it's fantastic!. And it's healthy!. I also try to find balance in most things!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I find peace of mind outdoors - by taking a walk, going camping, being with nature!. I feel connected to something worthwhile, and that's a blessing!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I find refuge on my bike!. I imagine I'm riding a motorcycle lol!. It blesses my life because I can go fast and get exercise!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
