What does it means by 'how can this limit be established!?' I do not understand what the question is asking for!. Does it mean 'how can the evidence be of maximum acuracy!?' or 'how far can evidence be to lead to knowledge!?' or anything else!? The limit would generally be a minimum of 3 concurring sources!. If three sources agree then the answer is true!. My opinion is it's asking how do you prove that "this" can be proven true and under what circumstances is it true and what cases (past which margin/ condition) will it be false!.
