Lots of things, life is pretty amazing, there is always something to appreciate-the sun, without which the earth wouldn't exist, the earth and the fact that it was capable of evolving intelligent beings like us, the fact that our phisiology is such that we can perceive colours, the fact that we exist in the best time in history when technology exists that people living as recent as 200 years ago could never have imagined, music, imagination, animals, rainbows, butterflies, sunsets, mountains, friends, love, the night sky, knowing how tremendously insignificant we all are in time and space, etc!. etc!. I could go on but there is entirely too much to list!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Sit peacefully and quietly outside in the evening breeze, away from all worries and all worldly affairs, take a deep breath and allow yourself to experience your "beingness", just feel what it's like to be, be still, and know that you ARE!. You will lose sense of time and come to know what it feels like to be living!.
