It's a huge problem - for example: with regard to the suffering & needs of others!. If we know about, say, the suffering & unmet needs that are occurring every second of every day in the human race, then we might feel very bad to continue on with with our uncaring attitude!. I think we don't want to know, because it is said that: 'ignorance is bliss'!. And of course if we don't know because we are ignorant of the facts, then how can we help or try to make it better in some way!? There are people that don't know because they don't have the resources & some are plain lazy!. Yet we have people like lawyers, judges, landlords & all other kinds that are all too willing to expliot the ignorance of the ignorant!. I must know everything!. I don't believe or trust half the crap I hear on a daily bases!. Everything is warped and perverted what I don't know is not worth knowing!. My brain is only for true knowledge!. We know we just don't think it will happen to us or affect us!. Though our intellect for this lifetime might be fixed and that may have a role to play!.
