I think it means that it is all too easy to slip into complacency with who we are and who we are becoming!. If the world (the many different cultures, opinions, beliefs, passions, fears, and attitudes that are present in the human race) is not considered and reconsidered, the person one becomes will be shallow, superficial!.!. a product of oneself, instead of a product of the collective, of the world at large!.

So basically, we need to be constantly looking to what's outside our normal range of thinking, to what is different and challenging, lest we not grow or progressWww@QuestionHome@Com

Most men and women dream and have fascinating dreams and grand imaginations of themselves!.All through their life they do that and nothing practical!.So to avoid wasting our lives we should now and then make a realistic assesment of our aims ,objectives and achievements!.You will be surprised to find yawning gaps in your aims and achievements!.
This is what we call wait, watch ,reassess and reschedule your goals so that you can achieve them!.Otherwise there is a danger of your becoming a product of your own dreams without achieving any thing!.Mostly 90% of people fall in this category!.It is good to dream ,try and fail rather than staying dull!.
