It sure used to!.!.!. back in my twenties and early thirties, after my divorce where I lost house and property, etc!. But I came to realize that I was a blamer and that most of my anger was inappropriate , for I was frustrated, basically for not doing the right things!.Once I accepted full responsibility and accountability for my life, I gained the courage to lead my life in the direction I wanted and thus peace- of- mind became the mainstay of my attitude and perceptions!.

A man's a fool who can't be angry, but a man is wise who won't be!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yes I am a readhead and a leo and both facets of me are prone to be reactive!. doomed, I'm thoroughly doomed!. It takes a huge amount of discipline to keep it in check and I often fail!. (mostly for blundering in and speaking out of turn)Www@QuestionHome@Com
