With some, its not enough!. Instead of getting a psychological justice in their mind, they start using their mind to choreograph how they are going to physically get revenge for what ever injustice that has been exacted upon them!. What you need top do is start training your mind to stop doing that!. Think about it!. You trained your mind to visualize violence against someone!. Now you need to take control of your mind to reverse it!. I wantd to make my abuser suffer what he'd suffered upon me!. But I feared the nazi-bullies (police) would put me in a cage with a toilet if I stood up for myself this way!.
