By strengthening their conscious mind by living constant awareness of self and by detachment from everything and everyone!. That is, they no longer have desires, craving, clinging or attachment to anything!.

If our mind constantly rumbles or noisy and we cannot control them, it will bring so much misery to our lives!. If we can control them by practicing meditation, then we can experience inner peace!. It is all in the mind!. I know that from experienced, although I'm born a christian, but I'm practicing Buddhist meditation!. Sufferings and miseries in my life are long gone, they are history!.

A lot of people don't know about this!. And you, who are asking this question, if you are not practicing meditation or don't know about this stuff, you will have a hard time understanding this!. The description is not the described, you must experience it or it is nothing!.

First there is a theory - of suffering and emptiness of all appearances!.
Then there is practice - of meditation - where you experience all pervasive suffering and emptiness!.
Then there is applying both theory and meditation into daily life!.
