There are philosophy departments in various colleges and universities that have programs in religious studies!.

As to whether it is philosophy I don't know and would tend to think that Christian philosophy would be an oxymoron!. You have to be open minded in today's world to be a philosopher and a Christian (as well as any religious person) has made a decision to not have an open mind!.

Another way of expressing this is that Christianity has nothing to add to modern philosophy!. It's contribution ended when the dark ages ended!. You would not be doing any original work if it were honest!.

I would think that it would be easier to be a Christian historian with a specialty on medieval philosophies!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I would say read some of C!.S!. Lewis, then!. Not so much his fantasy fiction (Narnia), but works such as "The Screwtape Letters!." That's the only one I can think of off the top of my head, but he has some good arguments!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I would read up on St!. Augustine!. Perhaps the greatest Christian philosophizer!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
